The annual Charity Golf Tournament organized by DodgeCares unfolded today at the stunning Tiburon Golf Club in Omaha, and proved to be an enormous hit. The day commenced with sumptuous breakfast sandwiches setting the stage for the shotgun start at 10:00 am sharp. The course was adorned by DodgeCares with teams, each composed of NP Dodge Real Estate agents, management stalwarts, and various business affiliates. The event culminated with giveaways, raffles, and a delightful buffet dinner, savored together by golfing enthusiasts, hole sponsors, and charity attendees.
Holes are not only sponsored by local businesses, but each attending business is partnered with an outstanding local nonprofit. This year, Wounded Warriors Family Support was partnered with Red Rhino Roofs & Solar and shared with fellow nonprofit Project Houseworks of Omaha. The fundraising initiative is a small part of NP Dodge Real Estates year long campaign to raise funding and awareness in the communities they serve. This fundraiser is an opportunity for their teams to bond and grow while supporting missions they are all passionate about.
At the Red Rhino Roofs & Solar sponsored hole, a unique challenge was presented. Donations were accepted for the opportunity to attempt to knock down three golf balls with a water gun from approximately 10 feet away. We had some outstanding water gun skills displayed! Prizes were awarded to those who knocked down balls.
