I just wanted to thank you WWFS so much for all you did to make our family vacation one to remember. This is the first trip we’ve had all together and we are so grateful. We had an amazing time and the weather was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the guest assistance passes because we were able to get to the front of every ride and be escorted by a member of the Universal Studios team. You all set the bar so high that now the kids said they don’t want to ever go to an amusement park without this type of treatment and access, lol! We truly felt like VIP’s and we’re able to ride all the rides they wanted.
My husband said he enjoyed every bit of this trip and I was so shocked that he didn’t even complain about walking in the extreme heat. I can’t thank you all enough for bringing smiles to my family’s face and for making all the arrangements even with us shifting our vacation up a week. My son said can we do this again next year? Lol!
